This is a clinical award obtained after the doctor has shown completed cases to the American Board of Orthodontics. The doctors attend many orthodontic meetings per year. We feel that this helps us keep up with the “latest and greatest” in the field of orthodontics. This is a highly specialized area of orthodontics which few practitioners in Westchester desire to provide. This new system is a fabulous alternative to Invisalign-type treatment because with braces, you always have more control over tooth movement than you do with plastic aligners. This means that we can provide the most esthetic orthodontic treatment in a controlled fashion without the need to worry about the placement and removal of aligners. In addition, lingual orthodontics of this type can often take less time to complete than removable aligner therapy.
